Before Convergix, I spent more than 18 years in the tech industry. I've been fortunate to work in various roles, including Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Software Architect, before eventually taking on responsibilities as an Engineering Manager.

Along my journey, I've been involved in a diverse range of industries, including HR, Telecommunications, Aged Care, and Digital Agencies. Additionally, I've navigated various stages of a company's lifecycle - from small-to-medium businesses and scale-ups to mergers and publicly-listed firms.
